These Terms of Service are maintained by Meiron Kicks and govern your use of our website and the purchase of sneakers from our store. By placing an order or browsing our site, you agree to these terms.

Meiron Kicks is a small sneaker resale business operated by Ron Meiron. We sell new and preowned authenticated sneakers. Our website is operated by Meiron Kicks using Lovable hosting and Stripe for payment processing.
2. Product condition and authenticity
Each product listing clearly states whether the item is new or preowned and includes photos of the exact pair for sale. We do our best to authenticate every pair and describe its condition accurately. All sales are final unless otherwise noted in our return policy.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping or applicable taxes unless stated. Payment is collected at checkout through Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues.
4. Shipping and delivery
We ship to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address. Once a package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier. Shipping and handling times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5. Returns and refunds
All sales are final unless the item is not as described or arrives significantly not as represented. If you believe you received the wrong item or a misdescribed item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. Approved returns must be shipped back in the same condition they were received. Refunds are issued at our discretion after inspection.
6. Account and security
You may need to create an account to access certain features, such as the admin dashboard. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure. We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your account credentials.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Meiron Kicks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Meiron Kicks operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state.
