Shipping Policy

Handling time

Orders are packed and dropped off within 1 business day of payment clearing (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

Carrier & delivery estimates

We ship exclusively with the United States Postal Service (USPS) using postage purchased through Pirate Ship. Transit estimates are provided by USPS and start the day the package is scanned in:

• USPS Ground Advantage — 2–5 business days
• USPS Priority Mail — 1–3 business days

Total time to your door is handling time plus transit time. Carrier delays, weather, and peak-season volume are outside our control.

Shipping rates & combined shipping

The buyer pays shipping, and you choose your service at checkout. Buying more than one pair? Shipping combines automatically in a single checkout — the first pair is charged at the base rate and each additional pair adds a smaller amount ($4.00 Ground / $6.00 Priority) instead of a second full shipping charge. Add every pair to your cart and check out once to get the combined rate.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time. Message us on Instagram if you have a special request.

Tracking your order

As soon as a label is created you'll receive a shipping email with your USPS tracking number, and you can check status anytime on our order tracking page using your order ID and the email you used at checkout. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after the label is created.

Packaging

Pairs ship in their original box when available, protected inside an outer shipping box or heavy-duty mailer so the sneaker box arrives intact. If a pair ships without its original box, that is stated in the listing.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us right away and keep all packaging. We'll open a USPS claim and work with you on a replacement or refund. We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by USPS to a confirmed address, or for addresses entered incorrectly at checkout — please double-check your address before paying.

Accepted payment methods

Checkout is processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link. We never see or store your full card number.
